Ray Jordan 2010 WA Wine Guide - Some remarkable recent show success has stamped Oakway as a producer to watch. Situated on the Capel River half way between Donnybrook and Capel, Oakway Estate was originally an apple and stone fruit orchard. In 1998 the owners planted their first vines. The wines are showing considerable consistency and are excellent value for money.
