In both Ray Jordan's 2010 and 2011 WA Wine Guides he lists Oakway Estate's Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2008 and 2009 in his Best Value Wines Whites $15 - $20 category. The 2008 SBS was awarded 2 gold medals, 3 trophies and had many favourable writes ups by notable wine critics. The 2009 has received bronze medals and similar reviews.

It's now too late to find out for yourself with the 2008, and the 2009 will sell out soon. The yet to be release 2010 vintage has already received silver.
