Scoop Magazine Spring 2009 Edition
2008 Unwooded Chardonnay. Awarded Bronze (15.5). This is a squeaky clean, crisp and a pristine chardonnay with negligble oak and lovely, simple, peachy, nectarine-like fruit leading the way. It's basic, but technically fine - a beautifully made chardonnay that's a delight to drink.
Spice Magazine Autumn 2009 Edition
Geographe Wine Feature. Unwooded Chardonnay 2008 "A tempered chardonnay out of the Donnybrook area Geographe. Snooping around a compact little area you'll find rooms of light peach with a juicy centre. Fig also features prominently out the front and in the back, lime trees with natural bright acidity. Lean and tight." says Jason Boudville. Check out our photo in the central collage.
Scoop Magazine Summer 2008/9 Edition
2007 Viognier. Awarded Bronze (15.5). Showing tropical fruits, this wine is firm and rich with good texture and depth, some phenolic grip and warm alcohol that makes it typical of the variety.
Spice Magazine Summer 2008 Edition
Jason Boudville says of our 2008 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon - "I would short list this SBS in the top twelve this State has to offer. Beaming from the glass is lofty gooseberry and guava tones, the strong almost forceful fruit weight romances the spotlessly clean palate. Certainly textual in character - think lime sorbet - with impressive length and finesse. The finish is similar to that of white chocolate yumminess. It's cooling without being overpowering."
