A perfectly balanced blend of Shiraz and Viognier, the colour is a deep ruby red with light purple hues. The touch of Viognier provides a nice aromatic apricot and orange blossom on the nose. Lot's of fleshy fruit with a long, easy drinking palate showing flavours of raspberry, apricot, vanilla and mocha. Excellent with spicy dishes.
