Grown on our sunny but cool slopes of the Capel River this Cabernet Sauvignon is a fruity, medium bodied wine matured in French Oak barriques exhibiting characteristics of cherry and mocha.

Great drinking now. Try serving it chilled as a refreshing summer red. Cellar for up to ten years.
