Shipping & Delivery
Within Western Australia we offer free postage for purchases of 12 bottles. For orders less than 12 bottles within Western Australia, postage is charged at $AUD20 per order. To all other States or Territories of Australia we charge the Australia Post region rate per case or part thereof per order. Overseas customers please email us for a shipping price to your required location. Larger quantities please call to discuss order and best delivery method and cost. We use Australia Post for standard wine deliveries to your door. Please note if you are not a home or point of delivery Australia Post will leave a pick up card and nominate the Post Office where you can collect your wine from. Sorry we have no control over this arrangement.
Conditions
- All prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of Australian GST. Mixed cases are permitted.
- Free postage within Western Australia for case orders of 12 bottles.
- Postage $20 per order Western Australia for orders less than 12 bottles.
- Postage per order for 12 (case) or less bottles to all other States and Territories of Australia is at Australia Posts current rate. Multiple case orders are charged per case or part thereof.
- Mail orders paid by cheque will not be shipped until funds are cleared.
- Availability of some wines is limited. We appologise if your choice is not available at time of shipping.
- Excludes specials or offers valid for period of promotion as specified.
- Online transactions are processed by Square.
- Phone, fax or mailed orders paid by credit card are processed via credit card only.
- Direct debit to our bank account is also available please call.
Returns Policy
In the very unlikely event you are unhappy for any reason, we offer a 100% money back guarantee. We will replace or refund your money, whatever you choose. All we ask is that the goods still be in a saleable condition, in original packaging and are not damaged. The refund is for the item only and does not include freight charges. We do not take any responsibility for items lost in transit and recommend you consider insuring the return shipment.
